- Diffuser method: Put 5 drops of Frankincense oil in a diffuser and enjoy the aroma creating a calming ambience around you, relaxing your mind and senses as you breathe.
- Yoga/meditation blend: Add 5 drops of frankincense, 3 drops of lavender and 1 drop of peppermint oil in a diffuser. This combination works magically to bring your focus towards your mind and your breath, letting you be in the moment completely.
- Apply topically: Our single essential oils are 100% pure and undiluted. So to apply to the skin, make sure you dilute it with a high-quality carrier oil. Add 3 drops of essential oils to 2 tsp of carrier oil and massage around your neck, back or hands. We recommend performing a skin patch test when using a new essential oil topically, just to be sure that you are not allergic to it.
- Night-time blend: Add to a personal inhaler, cotton ball or napkin and inhale as needed: 5 drops frankincense, 2 drops neroli and 5 drops lavender. The combination of these three relaxes your nerves and puts your mind in a calmer state- ultimately resulting in a sound good nights sleep. You can add the same mix to a diffuser 30 minutes before going to bed.
- Add to your bath: Frankincense is great for the skin as well! Add 5-6 drops of Frankincense oil to your bath- this will not only relax you but also leave you with refreshing skin.
